[Discussion] Brian Tracys arise each morning at least two hours before you have to be somewhere

Have any of you guys tried this? What has worked for you?

This is what i tested this week.

Get up around 4.30 in the morning.

Jump out of bed and do as many push ups i can, the plank for as long as i can and some squats and rotate 3 times. this take max 10 minutes

Refill my water bottle and bring some fruit with me and start reading in bed for around 30 minutes

Write some goals and tasks for the day around 10-15 minutes

Then i use the Headspace app to get some meditations 10 minutes but just finished lvl 3 so i will start doing 20 minutes next week.

After this i eat the ugliest frog first. Start with a school homework that i need to complete and just do it not procrastinate on it. This has really made me feel more productive later in the day.

I then take a cold shower for 10-15 minutes

I then make some breakfast

And finally i pack my bag and leave at around 6 or 7 dependent on when i start.

And during all this time i listen to motivational videos. And when i walk to the bus/riding the bus i listen to audiobooks instead of music

I know the sample size is not big at all but i have never gotten to school super tired and slow. Getting that homework sent in the morning makes me feel really good especially when i had procrastinated on it for 5 weeks. And i have started to study 20-30 minutes directly when i get home instead of spending the whole day in front of the computer and reading before bed instead of falling asleep to a movie

I know everyone does things in their own way but what habits do you like to do in the morning? If you haven't tried this i recommend you to try!
