[Discussion] How to get stuff done when you are depressed?

Interesting TED talk: "How to get stuff done when you are depressed" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njESlZa2b10 SO... does anyone here have any specific things they do to fight depression when they feel it coming on? For example: working out, watching favorite movie, listening to favorite song, etc. I myself am struggling with finding something that works for me - so I'd love to hear what ya'll here do yourselves.
