[Discussion] Needing help to getting back to the gym and staying in a routine

Hello /r/GetMotivated! I'm posting this in hopes of finding some motivation to getting back into a healthy physical routine. Quick blurb about myself. I am currently completing my first year as a third grade teacher while also completing a masters in teaching program. I have a girlfriend of five years and 5 month old puppy. I am incredibly happy where my life is right now. However, my physical wellbeing has been pushed to the wayside. I struggle with depression and am on an anti-depressant for it. I see a therapist every couple weeks. My depression can really impact me greatly especially this year with the amount of stress I have been continuously facing. This past summer I found myself into a very health routine of constant meditation and yoga. However, with the winter months and the craziness that is the first year of teaching, it has all been pushed to the wayside. I have never felt so empty on motivation. I get off of work and am incredibly tired, stressed and anxiety ridden and just wanting to get home. I do have a gym membership but struggle trying to find a routine and desire to go. I have found various routines online, however, it is never enough the fire under my ass. My motivation is incredibly lacking. I am in a very stressful moment in my first year of teaching with the edTPA and other such hurdles that a first year/masters students find him/herself trying to jump over. So alas, I have decided to contact this fine community for ideas, support and anything else that can help motivate me to getting back in shape. If it be using a workout journal, dedicating x amount of time per week to physical exercise, I am open to any and all ideas. I would love to find some support and motivation to getting myself back into physical exercise. I know it would help greatly with my depression and stress that I battle on a day-to-day basis. Thank you one and all!
