just clean something, if you are feeling lazy, bummed, happy, energetic, lethargic, etc. cleaning just feels good and looks good and makes you feel and look good (after the post-clean shower of course!)
so dishes, vacuum, professional dusting, trash, however you want to clean. this is especially good if you do not feel like leaving the bed all day, cleaning can change your whole mood (:
i will also had dental hygiene, taking care of your nails (men as well), and cleaning can be good cardio/exercise.
