I have been having fatigue and tiredness for sometime now. It really doesn't matter how long I sleep(usually sleep between 7-9 hours).. after I have been awake 5-6 hours I get tired and fatigued. It feels like all energy just suddenly disappears from me.
I have tried eating more veggies, and I'm drinking water between 0.5 - 0.9 liters a day.
I'm not sure is this just my body lacking iron or is it something that I should go and have a talk with a doctor?
