[Text] Humanity is not a hiking competition. You climb your own ladder.

Being too late or too early to accomplish something is relative, and a significant part of success is based on one's circumstances.

Don't pressure yourself because someone five years younger than you founded a startup, and don't slack because you feel more successful than someone a decade older than you. You may not know them; what you do know is what you were and what you can be and want to be, and that is how you climb up your ladder.
