He is trying to get members of his community to get motivated to do a 30 day project for self-improvement. Running April 4th to May 4th.

At the end of the 30 days you can share your progress with the community if you choose. If you develop a game level you can share it, if you don't want to you don't have to. Seems like a really nice idea to get people motivated to do something they always had ambition to do, but didn't do it because they got overwhelmed.
