Fake it till you make it in action. I would recommend that you read Rip it up by Richard Wiseman and The red Queen by Matt Ridley.
Even if you don't have all these traits, copying some of them has been shown to help. Just like it has been shown that if you think about a problem while meandering instead of walking in a straight line, you're solutions will be more creative.
If you find that hard to believe I would recommend you Wiseman's book again.
