So many questions in this sub are about "How do I get focused?" "How do I get disciplined?" "Help me focus on getting things". This is a reminder that the people that are getting sh*t done are sitting around all of the time asking people to help them. They are doing the simple things over and over daily without asking how to do them.
Do you want to get sh*t done this week? Do these things:

Look around your house. Got dirty dishes or laundry? Get off the computer and fix that.

Feeling fat or lazy? Go walk a mile. Don't worry about an app to track it. Put on your shoes and go walk.

Lay out your week. From the moment you wake up until the moment you go to sleep. Go to something like Google calendar and add in your wake up time, travel time, work time, chill time, sleep time, hobby time, goal time, exercise time. Make them recurring weekly appts on the calendar.
Remember that most people overcomplicate discipline and success. It's simply a matter of doing the small things over and over and then one day you wake up and you've accomplished something amazing.
Keep it simple.
