[Text] A random facebook friend found himself going through his first heartbreak. I responded.

No even sure if this is allowed here but I felt the moment and think others could take something from it and use this message to be motivated.

I've been through a few heart breaks myself. They are never easy. They are a pain (physically and mentally) to get through. They challenge you as a person and push you to the absolute limit as an individual. But eventually that moment hit you and you are over it. You'll feel like a new person because you'll be a new person. Think of it as a painful, beautiful experience and on the other side of this is a different you. An individual who was able to over come an obstacle sooo big that you couldn't even comprehend the possibility of it existing. Cry. Embrace the grief with open arms. It's part of the process. Break down and call a friend just to have someone to talk to. Do whatever you need to do to make you power through this and make it out on the other side. Because the thing about obstacles is no matter the size, progress is still progress. Tomorrow is another day.

When you don't feel strong enough. Come back to this comment and read it. Then reread it. Then read it again. Then cry. Because it's okay to cry. THEN READ THIS SON OF A BITCH AGAIN. Stay strong my dude.
