Title seems to say it all, but I'll clarify just in case.
How would one go about cutting out distractions in their life (for example, video games) without 100% cutting them out (to continue the example, just uninstalling the game/app/Steam/whatnot).
Does anyone have any decent tips of how to accomplish this, or stories of how they did it themselves?
