I'm not feeling as motivated as I was 6 months ago. I'm having trouble getting myself to bother cooking food, staying consistent with going to the gym and motivating myself to get done University assessments early and up to a high standard. I've achieved a lot of what I set out to do half a year back but now I feel like all my motivation is fizzling out at a bad time (I've got a exam next week I'm struggling to get myself to study for). What the hell is wrong with me?
