Hi guys.. i have been struggling with life recently.. i want to lose my weight and train more on basketball to get into bigger leagues. I was a very hard working student, now i dont know why my motivation is just falling apart. Most of my day goes by on my phone. I try going to the gym but i give up easily after. Any help? What should i do to lose fat 16 6'6" 218 lbs
