Any ideas how to reduce college burnout and tiredness?
I've tried everything I could think of except for exercising (which gave me a panic attack when I tried to force myself to swim laps like I used to).
Depression and anxiety is honestly crippling my ability to finish this last year, and I'm on the verge of dropping out.
Advice is very appreciated. Thank you in advance.
