Well, I am a foodie. But at the same time I really want to be fit.
In high school i was a swimmer and i did comprte at national level. So i think it'll be safe to say i was extremely fit.
But as i went into college i discovered my love for food. I am not over weight but definitely not fit ( i am 5'9" and weigh 75 Kg)and i do have a belly that i hate.
Everytime i make a promise to myself to stay healthy i break it. I am also planning to join a gym but i keep postponing it to next month.
Need a little motivation.
