So I have been working out for 2 weeks now. This is for weight loss, and to build some lean muscle. So I have been doing strength training regularly, and one day of cardio in a week. I never wanted to check my weight at least for a month... but yesterday I decided to just check it to see... even 2lb loss would be good.
But when I checked, I had actually put on more weight. It is weird because these days I have been feeling better, I feel the clothes fit better... and I know belly fat is the last to go. But seeing that I put on more weight makes me feel like I should just quit gym and go on diets.
