I feel I have hit that point in my life where my body image has greatly increased my depression, and that causes me to eat, that causes me to gain weight, and the cycle continues. SO I'm finally in my last semester and I should have more time to start eating right, and exercising again. Problem is my motivation is trash. I see true free time as time to relax and play catch up with old shows. Im sick of saying "today is the day" or "Ill start Monday" Im a 240lbs 26 year old male and I have the energy of a 86 year old. I want to get in shape but I'm having a hard time finding a beginning point. I got a gym membership but all I really know how to do is run (I played soccer). So what exercise should I do? what should I eat and how much? and any other tips I should know.
