Hey guys!
I'm [22F] looking to strengthen my weaknesses. I am a recent college graduate who landed a job at a start-up company a week before my convocation. While pay isn't the greatest, it is something I enjoy doing and I like my boss. Now that I secured a job, I feel like I lost my motivation to work hard. It doesn't also help that I work from home and it is easy to get distracted or stray away from work. I've also been gaining a lot of weight, becoming more lazy, procrastinating, and stepping out of social scene.
I'm asking for your help to give me motivation! My goals are to:
- lose weight (I want to lose 50 lbs)
- get fit
- be focus-driven
- be more efficient
- be more productive
- be less lazy (I just lie down on my couch and play around my phone)
- be more sociable and outgoing (I've been posting a lot in r4r and local subreddits for hangout/chill sessions)
- broaden my social circle
How can you help me? Give me a challenge and I promise to complete it! However, I have some physical limitations such as asthma, seafood allergies (but I'll go for sushi anytime), fucked-up right wrist, weak immune system
My friend gave me a challenge to buy a pair of jeans a size smaller than I usually wear and work towards that size. Another friend, who works at an ice cream shop, told me he'll get me a scoop of my favourite ice cream if I lose 7 lbs.
So Reddit, would you please help me and get me back on track? I'd appreciate your help! :)
