[discussion] How to overcome being tired, feeling so overwhelmed that I might as well do nothing today?

I've been having some problems dealing with overwhelming feelings of tiredness, dread, and "what's the point?"

It has been hard to operate at optimal levels mentally because I wake up feeling very tired. I think it comes from the overwhelming thoughts I have of everything I want in life being detached from the incremental steps I need to take to get there, and what those steps actually are. So I feel like, where do I start?

Lately I end up just watching too much tv and vegging out. I am on break from school so I give myself some credit for relaxing, but when I am in school I wasn't able to really focus enough to achieve the results I know I am capable of.

This may seem like rambling but it's how my mind has been behaving lately and coupled with feelings of physical tiredness/ exhaustion, it is getting hard to focus on what I really need to do to achieve my goals in my life.

*I'll add that if anyone has any good podcasts/ books they'd like to share on these topics I'm all ears
