[DISCUSSION] How can I engage my fight over my flight reaction when it comes to hard times?

Examples could include

  • Loss of job and facing financial trouble
  • Death of someone close
  • Facing deep, paralyzing fears
  • Getting into confrontations, verbal and physical
  • All kinds of failures

What's the mindset needed to get through this and come out stronger? Currently I don't feel prepared for hard times, and I feel in a fight or flight situation, I would run most of the times. What can I do to engrain that fight mentality?
