Examples could include
- Loss of job and facing financial trouble
- Death of someone close
- Facing deep, paralyzing fears
- Getting into confrontations, verbal and physical
- All kinds of failures
What's the mindset needed to get through this and come out stronger? Currently I don't feel prepared for hard times, and I feel in a fight or flight situation, I would run most of the times. What can I do to engrain that fight mentality?
