We always strive to find a kind of wonderful formula to solve everything, every problem is life. It is similar to the quest for the Holy Grail or to the Elixir of Immortality. Ladies and Gentlemen, I dare to declare that no such formula exists. There is no single advice which helps us over life, no book which will illuminate the Truth and no role model who we can be trusted blindfolded. The secret is that there is no secret. Every situation demands different skills, and every problem has to be approached differently. Unfortunately, the human mind does not easily accept this fact. Our mind is wired in a way that it tries to deliver us a simplified solution for everything. Everything is yes or no, black or white, enemy or friend. But life is never so easy. I dare to declare that for succeeding, we need profound experience of every possible art. Sometimes the solution is to push hard for getting ahead, sometimes is to wait silently in the background and sometimes we have to change direction. Our intelligence decides which is the right approach. Learn, experience and mostly stay curious like a child! That is the magic way to nurture intelligence and always find the way ahead.
