I saw a post on here today about having power over your own mind and it reminded me of this article. We as humans are capable of much more than we think we are, and often times all we need is a mentality change to push ourselves to achieve our goals.
Whether you are at the gym, quitting a bad habit, asking that girl/guy out or studying for a big test, take a second and ask yourself: what is stopping me? Learn to break through your mental constraints and you will be amazed to find out what you are really capable of.
