[Discussion] Tips for when you've hit a low point

My life isn't amazing as of now, I barely sleep, I can't remember any information given to me. I barely do any more work and I've stopped working out. I'm also failing classes and my health is deteriorating. I've given up on everything, but I have decided to change.

Any tips on how to start getting out of this low point?
