I recently noticed that when I think about doing something, there is a very subtle stress within my being. The scarcity mind has the false belief that to do means to spend. If you believe this it means you are identified with the scarcity mind. In actuality, the more you do the more you get.
Everytime I ever put something off and then just went to do it - I realized the activity itself was never stressful at all. Once you start doing something you realize you can cope with it. What you cannot cope with is the ideas about it. Thinking about doing is stressful - doing it is liberating
