[Discussion] Good Habits Ideas Needed

Hello you all!

A couple of weeks ago I started a new plan to create good habits and it's working quite well.

Basically every 10 days you add a new habit to your daily routine.

For example, my first new habit was to do some exercise everyday. 10 days later i added ''Wake up-Get up'' so now I'm leaving the bed sooner and also i am doing exercise everyday.

The idea is not to put on the list dificult habits like ''2hr at the gym'' or ''wake up at 5:00'' because some days you can't do it and it is very easy to give up.

Instead, you add light habits like ''do some exercise everyday'' some days you can run for 2 hours, some days you do a couple of push ups but everyday you take action and you get a bit closer to your goal.

In a few days i will add another habit to the list and I'd like to hear some ideas.

I was considering: -Read a bit -Learn some German -...

(keep in mind that you are supposed to do a little bit of this everyday so please don't say ''read a book a day'')

I know i'm doing this for just 2 weeks but man, I'm proud of myself. I have not failed even a single day and for the first time in my life I have a chance to make it to the 21 days.
