Wondering how common this is, and if there's any sort of connection from a physiological and neurological standpoint.
I've since concluded that discipline is a far more reliable means of getting things done than motivation alone. Peculiarly though, when I maintain a consistent routine of working out, especially right after waking up, there's a noticeable difference in terms of how many motivational "sparks" I get.
Perhaps it's due to not being stagnant? Does this happen to anyone else here, and do you notice yourself lacking those flickers of motivation when you don't exercise?
