[Tool] 1 After a nasty breakup I found a great app to get me motivated to turn my life around

It used to be called ReWire if some of you have heard of that, but now it's HabitHub. It's free, and lets you create habits with different frequencies that you can check off when completed. There's also a reward system where you get points for habits completed and you can customize a reward to give yourself when you gain enough habit points.

You can make it as involved as you want. I started with generic tasks that I wanted to do, and now I find myself incrementally habit-fying my entire day/week from start to finish. I recommend going hard on it and making the app a habit in order to prevent forgetting to use it. I think they even default your first habit to using the app once a day.

Morning/evening face wash every day with the entire product routine in the description, each of my workout muscle groups on a daily rotation through the week with links to videos/articles on proper form for them, man-scaping habits for beard hair, leg hair, arm hair, hair cuts, all customizable for how long it takes my hair to grow or when it needs to be trimmed. Stretching or yoga habit lined up just before all of my workout habits.

Feeling motivation to do anything has always been difficult for me. I don't know if it's depression, laziness, or a combination of both, but I can say throughout my entire life I haven't done this much for myself as I have with this app, between hygiene and fitness, it's amazing. Try it! and I mean REALLY try it. Decide what you want to do, and force yourself to do it five or ten times in a row. Start small and incrementally increase as you get used to it, set a widget on your homescreen to remind yourself to use it, to track habits, and to check them off when you do them. Go get something done!

edit: Please disregard the erroneous 1 in the title!
